Join our 2 days a week program that works out all the major muscle groups including:

Our classes are designed for all shapes, ages and health conditions. If you are a US veteran  or 65 years old or older you qualify for a discount

In TASA we understand that everyone's fitness levels are different. After a trial class, our instructor will come up with a plan with physical activities that are right for you and your abilities. The instructor will keep up your progress
